This solely depends on what type of situation the building foot traffic, if it is impossible to do over the Work Week we can adjust accordingly and provide Weekend Services. If the foot traffic allows, we can provide services throughout the Work Week.
Yes, You will be quoted for the total SqaureFoot at $0.75 Per SqFt and in addition to that there will be an Equipment Fee for all Supplies & Equipment needed for the task (Depending on the size, most flooring jobs take anywhere from 2-4 days. Half of the total would need to be paid upfront to secure all equipment needed.
Generally once the stripper has been applied and old wax removed it is best to avoid walking on it for at least 24 Hours, once the new wax is laid down it generally dries fairly quickly at which point it would be safe to walk on. a good rule of thumb wait 24 Hours after work has been complete (light traffic wouldn’t be an issue)
You will be Invoiced half upfront to Secure the Equipment for the Job which can be paid by an Online Payable Invoice, Check, Venmo, Or Paypal. Other half will be Invoiced after all work is done and can be paid in the same manner.
